Memory Foam
I have a Broadway EB and I am looking to purchase a memory foam topper what thickness do you advise for comfort as you can realise that the thinner I can keep it the better but I don’t want to compromise on comfort Edd

Re: Memory Foam
When I had a RIB rock and roll bed (well known for being on the hard side) in a previous VW, we tried everything and found 2” memory foam was the minimum for a comfortable nights sleep.
In my Symbol however, I’ve got a 2.5cm (1”) duvalay topper which I’ve found perfectly comfortable.

Re: Memory Foam
Hi Sunbeam. We used two Duvalay 4 cm single toppers in our Toyota Campervan. They worked fine, and when we changed the Van for an Autosleeper Stanton, we got wider 4 cm Duvalays, which we are equally pleased with. Because of this, we are selling the original ones. They are 4 years old, not used for the past 2 years, with minor signs of use. They are complete with winter and summer Tog Quilts
and bags. We are asking £145 for both, less than half the new price.
If you would like further info and photos, let me know. Regards Mike

Re: Memory Foam
Hi Sunbeam
We had two 2" memory foam toppers made to order by bodymould mattresses, cut to exactly the size of the side bench seats. These stay in place and are covered by a throw, gives much more comfortable seating in the daytime, softest of beds and nothing to store.
Way to go surely?
If we didn't have heated cab seats I would be getting some made for the cab as well!
