Bourton 2015
When I switch on ignition step goes in, switch off ignition step comes out, although I can put the step back in with button, I would prefer it not to come out automatically. Does anyone know how I can alter this please.

Re: Bourton 2015
Not familiar with the Bourton, but as for as I know the step in/out can only be controlled by the button by the door and by the central lock/unlock which is configurable to disable either lock in or unlock out. Sound like you have a fault which is powering the step on switch off.

My 2017 Nuevo goes in on ignition/engine start
But out by pressing the button
I can also get the step to go in by pressing if the step is out.
Pretty sure it can be programmed to do either on open only

Re: Bourton 2015
The ignition switch should not control the step. On the Bourton, if the step is out and the engine is started, the step will retract and stay in. When the engine is off, the step can be extended either by the manual button or, if programmed to do so, in association with operation of the central locking.
If the step extends just by switching on the ignition, there is a fault.

Re: Bourton 2015
Contacted A/S for advise, Service Dept Lady advised that I house the step by using the button adjacent to Hab door and the the step would not come out when I switched the engine off. this worked fine until I locked the MH and set the alerm. When I unlocked the MH th step came out as before. I contacted them again as was informed that the worst case sinario could require a new step at a cost of £300. I then contact Oaktree Motorhomes where I purchased the MH mainly to check if was covered by warranty, and I spoke to David Service manager who said if I could call in he could fix it in about 10 minutes by reseting the control panel. Called today as he said fixed in about 10 minutes no charge. I recommend Oaktree Motorhomes of Nottingham although not A/S Dealers.

Re: Bourton 2015
I did it myself. Instructions either in handbook or by downloading the full set from Segeant.
