Well done, however I've recently been inspired to do the same after viewing You Tube 'Carefree Caravaning' which demonstrates the complete dismantling of the MKP roof light needing T10 and T25 torx keys. So bought relatively cheap Am Teck 9 piece extra long offset Torx set from Amazon for £6. Don't know if I will ever need to use the other seven.

You are lucky to have the better make of rooflight. The MPK is a fragile beast. However, I like your idea of just taking the dome off and soaking it for a while in detergent.

Thanks for the post about the roof light, had only recently cleaned mine... but.....
After many years of using one I had no idea the toilet cassette came apart for cleaning like that.... never stop learning do we!!
