Satanton - No 12v electrics!
Yesterday evening I plugged in a cigar-lighter usb plug next to the microwave and all the lights went out - fridge still on. Sargent panel illuminated but just a blue line at the top. Re-booted the unit under the bed and everything came back on, had to reset heating etc.
5am alarm sounding on Sargent panel “vehicle battery low” panel buttons unresponsive, could not turn it off! Reboot and back to bed.
This morning everything appeared Ok, turned fridge to 12v and drove to Arran ferry que, where we are now!
Noticed no lights on fridge, or anything else.
Have checked the leisure battery fuse under passenger seat- ok.
No response from Sargent unit under bench seat noting tripped but no power.
Any suggestions?

Can you check the output from batteries with multimeter?

Also, what voltage is shown for the vehicle battery on the Sargent display now?

Is the post title some sort of subliminal message?

Stanton is sometimes satanton!
Now on site and hooked up... all manner of daft messages on the display- vehicle battery 3.7v. Leisure battery 4.2v ... etc.
After reading the Sargent manual (glad I printed that off) I came to the conclusion that a fuse was blown between the (intact) fuse at the leisure battery and the EC500. This proved to be the case: both the leisure and vehicle battery fuses were blown (7&6). Why this should be is beyond me. Fortunately I have a bag of fuses.
Thanks for the rapid replies (apologies for my slow response, next to * Inappropriate Word * all internet at all Lochranza)!
Great to be able to tap into helpful advice when one is on the road.
Cheers,
Pete.
