At last I have an Autosleeper Symphony
Further to my travels in search of a really nice 95 to 99 model.
Its gone full circle with all those visits away to inspect sub standard ones and then i get one on my doorstep!!
My local dealer got one in this week and i took the plunge and bought it. have to wait for the complete service package and my Australian holiday before the great day on May 24th.
Will not need any parts etc except the small items the previous owner took for his next model.
Already planning my first trip to Le Mans for the 24 hr race.
thanks to the many members for help and advice on this site.

Re: At last I have an Autosleeper Symphony
Glad you got sorted Mike.
We're very happy with our Symphony (be even happier if it would use less juice) It does everything we require of it, and we can't see any reason to change it.
What year is it? petrol or diesel?
Frank

Re: At last I have an Autosleeper Symphony
Hi Frank, its a 98 petrol. i only ever saw one diesel version. The mpg difference will not be considerable over my holiday milage. As a bonus i can go into London, as i have friends and i can camp at Bexley.
Currently investigating insurance for renewal in May. Some don't like my age at over 70!!
i expect to pay around 200 to 240.
Cannot wait, as i am impatient to be on the road after tent camping and hotels over 40 years with only 3 years motorhome in that time.
regards
mike
ps i will call it Sammy.
