I stand corrected on the wording, shows how things change.

However the regulation do include the following:

"watch out for all other road users already on the roundabout; be aware they may not be signalling correctly or at all"

Not specifically given right of way but essentially goes further in requiring the driver to take account for ANY VEHICLE on the roundabout as they approach.

Its never been the same since Giles, my butler, stopped walking in front with the flag! Really why do we allow the "others" to use the road at all.
