Can anyone help please - firstly, l am having trouble removing my old gas struts on my heiki2 rooflight. I can't find long nose pliers small enough to get hold of the bottom fixings in the small area available. Has anyone got any suggestions ss to how to remove these pins.
Secondly, does anyone now where l can obtain a bottom fixing for my omnistor awning. I mean the plastic mounts that are located on the side of my symbol 2001. There are two of them, one right beside the sliding door and one at the rear near the toilet cupboard door. I have broken the one beside the sliding door.

Thank you for any assistance you can give.

Personally I would not use the side mounted brackets. A good wind would make a mess of the side panels of the van.
