Tripped electrics
Hi, a cautionary tale and some information required please.
On last trip away, relative newbies, had to change gas on second day, did, could not get hob to light properly, cleaned burners and disconnected gas supply and reconnected, eventually all well, but ruined my fry up. Still lessoned learnt so positive for next day, what else could go wrong.
Woke up next day only to discover lack of electric - battery charger light on ZIG not glowing. Checked outside van - not tripped. Discover some electric but not all.
Check in base cupboard and see one of two trips in off. Thinking the worst what horror has caused this?? Tentatively switch it back on. All well.
Wife thinks a while and then says she got a box of cider from same cupboard last night and could have tripped the switch.
No issues since, all fine. So my question is - Should this unit have a cover over the switches/unit?
Guess will have to keep an eye on this for future.

Re: Tripped electrics
I don't remember a cover on my Symphony. Knocking the switches is easily done in that cupboard.

Thanks Paul, van in storage at moment, but from what I recall it did not look like a cover was missing.
