Mine comes via BTinternet.com, but behind the scenes is Fastmail.fm.
No settings have been changed my end; there's nothing in Spam folders either.

Re: Forum Notifications
Nothing to report back yet, it’s still under investigation. We are having to rely on help from our hosts as we can’t seem to resolve the issue this end. As we can see, not all members are affected by this annoyance & we haven’t a clue how it happened without any setting this end having being changed. It’s a mystery!

Went on my neighbours Wifi. Its called mywifi. Don't know where it comes from but he doesn't have a landline so don't think it's BT. Still got up - Admin has forbidden any new members - when went to register - and still no notifications coming
Cleared cache and history on all my devices and still no joy.

Re: Forum Notifications
Hi Rose49f
I took the action to stop any new members registering until we could hopefully resolve the notifications issue as newly registered members won't get an email alert notifying them that their account is now activated either. however, I have now removed this temporary restriction and will just have to deal with the clearing up of any inactive accounts at a later date.
I'm still trying to get this matter resolved with our hosts having been in touch with them again a short while ago. It would be really nice to get to the bottom of this issue as even as Administrator I'm not receiving any notifications whatsoever myself which as Admin of a forum is far from ideal.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Regards
Ed

Re: Forum Notifications
Just noticed an anomaly Paul which may or may not be relevant. The email notification of your last post says that your post was at 18.39pm but the email itself is timed at 18.30pm in my inbox (iPad)
So am I receiving notifications now of future posts!!
