2013 Warwick Duo Switches
not We picked up a 2013 Warwick Duo recently and we’re working our way through all the info and instructions to make sure everything is OK. This is our first van and we didn’t get an opportunity to go over everything with the supplier in detail due to the delivery arrangements we agreed (they delivered to a friend in the south and we picked up from there a couple of weeks later).
I’m trying to work out some of the switches in the van to the right of the sink. From top to bottom there are the Truma heater controls, switch with a LED indicator and a 240 volt socket with a USB socket alongside. What is the switch with the LED indicator for?
Quite possible (and fairly likely I guess) this will be a daft question, so hopefully easily answered by simone in the know.
Thanks,
Lone Ranger

First as we say on this forum there are No daft questions, particularly from new owners.
Ours is not where you describe but the only switch with LED in ours is the supply switch to the Microwave
The location of the Truma Control and 220v/USB combined is where you have described

I have a 2010 Sussex (Marquis special version of Warwick) and I've only got the two Truma controls and the 13amp socket and usb socket.

Re: 2013 Warwick Duo Switches
I have a 2014 Warwick Duo and it does not have the switch with the LED that you describe. Possibly it is the isolating switch for the Truma heater which is located under the bed to the right of the switch. In my van the Truma switch is in the compartment with the heater, but quite possibly in your van AS have fitted it on the wall next to the heater controls. If this is the case the LED you describe is not an LED, it is a neon (directly mains operated).

Re: 2013 Warwick Duo Switches
Thanks for the replies folks. It doesn’t seem to be linked to the microwave or the water heater. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the TV aerial / satellite that has been fitted? I’m hoping that’s the case as we’ll not be using a TV. I guess I can ask AS technical and hopefully they will be able to advise.......just hoping it’s not something stupid, but I’ll share if it is!
On the plus side, we had our first overnight last night on the Moray coast. Down to zero overnight, but everything worked well and we had a really good weekend. Good to get started......

Good choice of van, we really enjoy our Warwick. A/S say it's the best choice for a couple.
Hope you get the switches sorted and pleased to see you had a great weekend Enjoy.

I’ve checked with AS, but no joy so far. I’m going to send them a pic tomorrow along with chassis / conversion number, so hopefully the function of the mystery switch will be revealed soon!

Ha ha...if I can’t work out what it’s for I might label it up like that and see what fun unfolds!

Re: 2013 Warwick Duo Switches
AS didn’t fit it at manufacture. Checked with the dealer and it looks like it might be a switch for frost protection heating elements fitted in the fresh and grey water tanks. Will need to check that out, but if that’s what it’s for it will be handy in the north of Scotland!
