Where is the Airtronic clock module situated on a 2004 VW Trident please?

What makes you believe that you have one? I've owned two A/S models (admittedly neither were Tridents) with Eberspacher heaters, and neither where fitted with a timer/controller - just the basic thermostat on/off switch.

OK Thanks for your reply - it's just that it says there is one in the Eberspacher handbook.

Obviously I can't read what it says in your handbook, but typically they describe it as an optional extra, and describe the basic on/off thermostat as well. If you have one then generally you won't have the other (i.e. a fully functional controller will be installed in place of the basic one).
