Replacement radio/satnav for Peugeot Boxer
HI I am looking for a replacement for my radio in the van, having looked at all the bits on the "wonderful web" I am even more confused (I know some will say it doesn't take long) but have any of your good selves do such a job on your van and if so what are the pitfalls if any ?

I always go for best cost/function ratio, I just fitted one of these in my new van:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
It has almost everything that a geek like mewants needs.
The previous best of bunch that I found was a Sonichi SB50DAB which went with the previous van to its new owner.
The good thing about the Pumpkin single DIN unit is that I can have a 7" screen reversing camera, without losing my useful cubby tray in the top half of the current FIAT X250 van's dashboard.

Did you solve the problem that you could not set the clock after changing the radio? There are posts on the Fiat forums that the CANBUS MUST see the OEM radio to proerly enable the dash functions unless the friendly neighbourhood dealer gets out his machine to tell the on board computer that you have an after-market radio.jennyandpeter wrote:this is what we fitted in ours

Yes after much button pressing it just changed as it should have without putting the old radio in .

Re: Replacement radio/satnav for Peugeot Boxer
But I think that you established that yours was not CANBUS? The OP has a newer van (2014). I know that there were some bluetooth enabled Peugeot/Fiat radios from 2013 or later ambulances advertised on eBay that would not work on a plug and play basis with the earlier x250's such as my 2012.

Evening All
My Peugeot based Nuevo will be celebrating its first birthday at the beginning of February (2018)
Any recommendations of which Peugeot dealer I should use?
I am based in North Staffs
Both my previous Motorhomes were on a Fiat Chassis for which I used Platts the main Fiat Dealer who were very good.
They would be able of course able to Service the Peugeot, but not carry out any warranty work.
