Step not extending fully
After asking our dealer to enable the step to extend/retract on lock/unlock (apparently can't be done on van conversions?) The step no longer extends fully, I remember reading a post about adjusting this but can't find it, any ideas?

On the Sargent panel, scroll to, the big AS screen.. Hold the up and down buttons together.. A secret advanced menu appears.. Scroll down to step run time.. Ours is set to 68, that is correct for us... Scroll further down when you have adjusted it to suit to find exit

The best way to set it is to watch the step at various settings, set ours to 32 for correct action
