Harmony solar panels and roll away canopy
Hi there everyone. I have a 2003 Harmony and wonder if anyone has attached solar panels to theirs? If so, what physical size is possible? I know I could climb up there and measure the space myself, but have already had a recent fall off the ladders and a cracked rib! I know this question has been asked before, but I didn't see any replies.
Also, has anyone used a roll away canopy awning on their autosleeper, for instance the caravanstore? I have a secure awning rail fitted, but I'm not sure whether the roof poles would sit properly, or would be fouled by the black roof trim when the awning is up.
Thanks in advance, Yvonne

When we had a Symphony, we used a sunshade similar to this (same thing really but a different make), attached by figure of 8's to awning rail or the black gutter, folds away really small....

Re: Harmony solar panels and roll away canopy
Thanks for that Paul. It's something I might consider, though I liked the idea of not having to remove it and store it. Another factor, though, might be that a roll up would be too difficult to manage single handed. Depends on how heavy they feel. Will see if there are any to look at at the Glasgow show in a couple of weeks time. Thank again, Yvonne
