Trophy Interior Repairs
I have just tried Autosleepers Service to see if they have any of the following for some internal refurb work that I am carrying out on our April 1997 Trophy & unfortunately they have advised that they no longer stock:-
1) Replacemen hinged door to wire storage shelves under settee/bed: The grey plastic facing to the timber composite access door has debonded, crumbled & broken away to reveal the moulded timber composite door (which is in good condition) Does anyone have a matching replacement door I could buy (if it is the same colour as a 1997 Trophy (end of range).
Alternatively has any member thoughts on if any specialist could recoat the door with a matching grey plastic finish or how I could DIY?
2) Replacement Carpet - two areas of the carpet are beginning to look rather discoloured & I think worn through to a dark blackish colour although most of it is fine. Unfortunately Autosleepers no longer stock the original carpet which is described in the Nov 1993 Owners Manual as " Hudson Grey" (In fact it is more of a blue overall colour with fleks of mid & dark blue with dark grey/black fleks.
Any thoughts of where I could obtain a matching carpet would be gratefully received.
Carpet cleaning may help - any recommended products that won't make the carpet or floor under too wet?
Many thanks for your help,
Norman

Re: Trophy Interior Repairs
Hi Norman
You could try O'Leary's for the door. It's a long shot, but they just might be able to help.

For the carpet, I would take the old ones to any good carpet shop (preferably a smaller one rather than a chain - more likely to give personal service) and ask if they would copy them with new carpet of your choice to match as nearly as possible. They should be able to whip the edges and fit press studs if you need them, and it probably won't cost a packet either.
