Thetford fridge door retainer

Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement door retainer-the small plastic thing with a hole at each end that keeps the door open when not in use-for a Thetord N112 fridge. I have looked online but cannot see one as not sure what it is called?

At the risk of stating the blindingly obvious, Thetford, who have a good spare parts department, might have one.

Would it be called a storage strap by any chance? Thetford part No 62467907 or part No 62698627 depending on year.
