Peugeot Boxer Symphony
I bought a Peugeot Boxer Symphony last year but don't seem to be able to put up the double bed as shown in the illustration in the handbook. I seem to be a few cushions missing.
Can anyone assist me in this by explaining what I should have and how to arrange them, photos would be brilliant.
If I am missing some cushions, so is there anywhere I may be able to purchase them?
Thanks.

Re: Peugeot Boxer Symphony
Welcome to the forum. I just answered your question on outandaboutlive but here it is again, sorry haven't got diagram.
There should be 3 cushions. The small one which normally lives behind rear single seat with a 'flap' goes in the gap behind drivers seat after the armrest is lifted and folded. The L shaped one goes between the back of the front passenger seat and the end of the laid flat rear single seat. The L bit is to go round the pillar of the seatbelt. Then the largest of the cushions fits between these two cushions if using as large double bed. It's not needed if you can sleep in the double across the van.
If you are comfortable in the double across the van you can leave all 3 cushions at home.

We always slept across the van, although I could touch the top of my head at one side and my feet at the other if I stretched, I never found a problem with comfort. Dot, at just 5' had loads of length to spare. [I'm 5'9" BTW]

Re: Peugeot Boxer Symphony
As Paul has said, we sleep across the van without using any of the extra cushions. The space saved by not dragging them around is invaluable for other things.
At 6ft 2ins the van is a tad narrow for me but like most things in life you learn to live with it.
Mick.

Re: Peugeot Boxer Symphony
Thanks for the quick replies. I don't seem to have these three cushions. I don't have one that lives behind the single seat or the L shaped one.
I do sleep across the van, but I find that the plastic inserts on the sides of the van are splitting, probably from others sleeping crosswise. I'm 5'8" and it's a snug fit when I lay out straight.
Just wondered what the missing cushions looked like so that I could possibly make some.
Thanks guys.

Re: Peugeot Boxer Symphony
I have the 3 cushions but we have never used them. I have been meaning to try them out as we need a couple of them to make up 2 singles (my brother and I might use the van and while we are close....we're not that close.....). If you can bear with me I'll try to get them out in the next few days for dimensions/pics.
Here is the page from the manual about cushion layout.

Assuming I've done the whole picture sharing thing right!
