outside light
Hi, out for the first time in our Ascot in Yorkshire. Not sure how to switch of the outside light of, it's on all the time. We our hooked up to mains.

On my Gloucester the control is the Aux button on the Sargent control panel. Not sure which system is on an Ascot.

If you are on hook-up it doesn't matter for the moment Paul. I frequently forget to switch ours off, and so do lots of others.

It might not matter from the perspective of electricity consumption, Dave, but, when I go outside to do a little star gazing on some of the remoter Aires and CL/CSs it annoys me when I can't see anything for the rows of brightly lit vans. I suspect most have forgotten to turn them off, as we do occasionally. Modern LED strip lights are so much more intrusive than the older one used to be.
