Sargent Electric service

Had a bit of a problem with my Sargent EM 50 which is the interface unit between the base vehicle and the habitation electrics. 
Rang Sargent last Friday, they arranged collection same day and it has been repaired for their fixed price repairs service and returned to me this morning, Wednesday. I reckon that is pretty good service. I did speak to them in the meantime with a couple of (numpty!!) questions which they were happy to help with. One of the persons I dealt with was called Lee I think.
In these days of complaining about bad service from companies I thought it fair that they should be praised when you find a good one
And no I have no connection with the company.

they are Sargent Electrical Services Ltd.        and I think the website is  www.sargentshop.co.uk
Did not want to appear as if I am advertising them too much or it might appear I have some sort of connection.

Thanks for that ! Surely its not advertising as many of us have Sargent kit and a place to repair is valuable ?

Unfortunately seen it before on other less friendly forums. You praise some company  and get accused of being involved with them more than  as a customer and have some other motive.
