Topaz leisure battery

Hi I have recently bought a  vw Autosleeper Topaz, leisure battery is dead, can anyone tell me where I can buy a decent leisure battery to fit under the bonnet next to the main van battery. The internet is awash with choice and they all vary in amp and size, HELP Brubrub

What battery codes are on the dead one?

The characteristics to look out for when choosing a battery are:
1) Size (length, width, & height) I think that the Topaz requires a battery that is less tall than most.
2) Capacity (in Amp Hours) The more the better, but it doesn't have to be exactly the same as your old one.
3) Terminal position and type. Need to be the same as your old one.

Have you got an independent battery specialist near you? Caravan/leisure suppliers will also be able to help.
