Where to find fault?
Hi,
We have a 2010 Nuevo II EK
The lights and control panel always used to turn off when the ignition was started, but now they stay on.
The rear step still automatically retracts, so the control panel must know that the ignition has been started.
I am at a loss as to where to start with fault finding.
It has been through a MOT test recently, and i was wondering if anything could have been shaken loose?
Any ideas or advise would be gratefully received.
Thanks
Jane

The engine running sensor into the EC325, is on a 10 pin plug with the other sensors, water levels etc. Do the other sensors work? The plug may be dislodged.

Re: Where to find fault?
Hi Peter,
Funny you should ask that!!
The fresh water level stopped working in November, (stays at 0%). I thought that it might be corrosion on sensors and was waiting for warmer weather before crawling underneath to see if i could see anything.
Where would i find this plug to ensure it is properly connected?
Thanks
Jane

Plugs into base of the EC328 unit middle left side.Engine running wire is red/yellow. If you have the EC325 manual, see page 15.
Download it here. http://sargentshop.co.uk/Technical-Data/Self-Help/EC225-/-EC325-Power-Control-System

You are genius!
10 pin connector wasn't attached.
It is now, and electrics turn off when ignition turned on, hopefully water level indicator will also work, will find out over Easter.
The link to the manual was great, as i didn't have that one on my pack.

No I didn't have that manual either.
Thanks again.
Hopefully I will never need to fix these parts, but just knowing how things are connected will help if a fault does occur.
