What engine have you got in there? if it's petrol, Imay have a Vauxhall FD Victor manual somewhere whch could be of use to you.

Re: New owner
Hi Frank, it's the 2.3 petrol with a LPG conversion on. It runs really sweet on gas, bit lumpy on tick over on petrol - though still waiting
to try it out, but her indoors has not finished cleaning every corner yet. You know what they are like- it was very clean when we picked it up
but had been stood in a large barn for a long time and had got a little dusty here and there, and a few dead flies and cobwebs - and the bright work was looking a little dull. But we just might get to take it out Sunday - I will have to wear my sunglasses so I don't get blinded by all the shiny surfaces! We can go and park up somewhere and have a brew and decide where we can go for the Bank Holiday (where we can get in)

Re: New owner
My Victor was the 2ltr, the 2.3ltr was the 2ltr with a longer stroke so it's basically the same motor. The manuals I have are the genuine Vauxhall ones but I cannot remember where I have "stored" them. I'll have to have a think and a root
It the choke manual or auto? the autos could be a right to set up

Re: New owner
The few replies brought back memories for me, my first ever vehicle was a Vauxhall Victor FB estate, Alabama Gold with Alaska white roof, 3 years old when I first had it, kept it for 11 years. Had it before I had passed my test, went out with a friend before I did.

Sorry! can't find it.
I've searched high and low for that set of Victor manuals with no joy, there should be a Viva set with them but no sign of those either
I'll let you know if they turn up.
