2004 Ford Duetto side sliding door
I have just bought a Ford Duetto and looked everywhere to find a stop/catch to hold the sliding door open. where I am parked on my drive it is slightly downhill so the door will not stay open. I park this way for security reasons so the back doors are up against a wall.
If there is no way of holding the door open does anyone use a method IE wedge or tieback etc. to keep it open when on sloping ground.
Thanks

Duetto sliding door...
Hi
We find that a small ball ( like a squash ball) pushed into top runner by the door edge works v well, is easy to use and to store!

Thanks for that idea Bev, So I am assuming then that the transit itself does not have a proper built in retaining catch of any sort. You just have to get used to keeping your head out of the way of the vertical Guillotine.
Thanks
