FORD TRANSIT POP TOP ROOF SEAL
Hi
Im new to the world of campers, I have bought a Ford transit pop top (Frisky) 1988, 63,000 miles
The roof seal appears to be perished, where do I get a new one ??
ALSO the hammocks look worse for wear where do I get replacements
Thank you in advance for any suggestions
Mel

as for the hammocks - god knows, just keep a eye on Ebay, maybe hammocks from other makes eg VW, Autohomes may fit.
When you get a spare minute, you may wish to say hello here,......

Re: FORD TRANSIT POP TOP ROOF SEAL
I would guess that you will have real trouble replacing the roof seals with the original type - it's a much bigger section than conventionally used anywhere else that I've seen.
However, I would imagine you could improvise with something like pipe lagging, and I suspect you could actiually get a better seal than the original with only a moderate amount of effort.
