What about Auto-Sleeper or have you tried them?, I know some things are not available anymore from them.

Cab door hinges, dashboard cubby-box hinges, Hab door hinges, Toilet door hinges, wardrobe door hinges, locker hinges, cooker hinges, fridge hinges, gas locker hinges, toilet cassette door hinges,  luton door hinges, fuel-flap hinges, water flap hinges, or just those other 'hinges'!! hugegrins hugegrins (only joking )
