Ocasonal table hinges?

Our Auto-sleeper Polensa has a tube running under the offside window between the two sets of seats that a table clips onto and one then lowers the leg and its ready to go.  My wife would like a small copy of this table and so I need a couple of the special hinges Auto-sleeper used to construct the original table.  Does anyone know where I may purchase such things?

Most caravan dealers stock these, well they do in the N.West anyway
