Lighting

Evening All, recently changed the lighting in the habitation area to LED's which gives a nice modern look. Still have to change the strip light in the bathroom, and have searched endless accessory sites on the internet, however not found a modern looking one that we like. Does any one know of any good retailers that sell a selection of LED lights that would be suitable for bathrooms.

Why not replace the florescent tube in your existing fitting with an LRD strip? This has been featured in MMM some time ago and basically all you have to do is cut out the inverter in the fitting and install a suitable LED 'tube'

Hi Spospe, I had originally looked at just replacing the tubes, however she is quite an old van and all the lightings are plastic and yellowing. So we have gone for brushed steel strip lights and have been able to find a 12v and 240v reading light that look similar, so was hoping to find a strip light for the bathroom. I have been advised that an ordinary 12v stip would be OK in the bathroom, so may have to buy another the same as the ones already bought
