Newark Spring Show
Got our tickets for this yesterday and looking forward to it.
We will be in the general camping section again. Might put my Stratford (London underground sign) tshirt on - then you'll know its me.

If anyone at the show would like to say hello we are outside red gate on tarmac third row in middle between a Hymer and a Wildax.

Re: Newark Spring Show
Sorry Paul didn't see this as I had terrible connection at Newark. We ended up in the Newark Ring for some reason. Would have come and said hi.
Weather was definitely changeable.

Re: Newark Spring Show
We arrived on Saturday morning Paul.
The thing is you can't do anything about the weather, so i don't let that affect my enjoyment of things such as the show. Being on the grass was a change to the runway this year, really well drained too.
On the whole it was quite good, we just camp on our own anyway, not with a club, Didn't go into the entertainment either, so can't comment on that.
The range of vehicles on show was quite good, many small vehicles too.
I would recommend it to anyone really as a nice weekend.

Re: Newark Spring Show
The entertainment was first class on both nights but I was disappointed with the rest of the show. It's the fourth time we'd been to the Spring Show and this was definitely the smallest. If it hadn't been for Fullers, SMC, Camper UK and Motorplus, there wouldn't have been a show. A lot fewer accessory stalls this year as well. We made the mistake of looking round the show on the Saturday and going into Newark on the Sunday. We should have done it the other way round. I applaud Event Developments for the entertainment which is free and the free shuttle bus to Newark but I very much doubt we will be going again.

Re: Newark Spring Show
I went as I wanted to get a few accessories, very disappointment at the amount of stalls there, a couple of years ago there were loads, perhaps the weather put them off. oh well I have ordered on line.
