Mary & John Empty Mary & John

Post by jrratcm Sun Nov 24, 2013 12:15 pm

Hello everyone, we have recently acquired an Autosleeper Harmony and are looking forward to using it next summer and possibly a little bit before then. We may be asking questions as there are a few things that need to be done to the van. We have camped under canvas years ago, but never really enjoyed tents, during this summer we decided to go camping, sleeping on camp beds in my panel van with a drive away awning attached. It worked quite well until we pitched in an exposed position and the over flexible awning crashing constantly against the van kept us awake all night, and we decided to look for a camper van.
We looked at a few sub £3k vans and were very impressed with the Autosleeper models, particularly the Rapport, we couldn`t find one we wanted to see on the drive though so we had to raise the budget a bit.

Yes it was "hello everyone and thanks for the warm welcome"  I forget what the rest was, I was typing on my tablet, but although I tried only the initials from each word appeared.  I don't know why.

Anyway I am doing a few jobs on our "new" van and will be sure to ask a few questions soon.
