Weather station
Has anyone fitted a weather station in a Topaz or similar? if so will a wireless one work? Don't really want to drill any holes through the body for a wire, and any ideas on where to put the external sensor?

Re: Weather station
I use a wireless weather station in our Trident, usually putting the outdoor sensor in the awning and it works fine,

Re: Weather station
Hi there,
We have inside and outside temperature. Inside in the living area "outside" in the gas locker.
The problem with fitting a "weather station" is the barometric pressure. As you go up and down hills the pressure fluctuates to such an extent that it will mess up any weather predictions and even on a boat, if we went up or down a load of locks, we had to wait at least a day for the real "trend" to be identified.
In a vehicle it would happen almost every day unless you were touring Holland.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,

Re: Weather station
Got a similar set up, an indoor/outdoor Lidl job for around a fiver. Surprising accurate too!
