Water pump problems on a Stratford

The on board water pump on my 10 month old Stratford failed & has been replaced by Marquis Durham(why oh why did Autosleeper decide to put the pump inside the water tank making it impossible to do anything yourself?) I collected the van, saw the system working but when I got home it had failed again-possibly due to an air lock.
There does not seem to be any way to prime the pump so it looks like the 160 mile round trip back to Marquis-I guess this is progress!

Hey there Southwaite.. Did you ever get yr water pump issue resolved ? im a fellow Stratford owner, also purchased from Marquis (then Brownhills) although I live on North Tyneside so more local for me..
Im also having issues with my water pump :(
