Symbol ES
Hi There,
This is my first post on the forum, I have enjoyed reading and gianing info which is extremely helpfull.
Congratulations on your Symbol ES, you were lucky to find one. We had one (03 Symbol ES) to mid June, but it was stolen from our driveway. We could not find another so have gone for a standard symbol.
In light of what happened we now put wheel locks on each axle and a steering lock, the van we have just bought has an alarm as well
We loved our symbol ES , absolutley fantastic - Enjoy!

Hi Jane, we also have a Symbol ES, have been a proud owner since November 2011. We find it a very practical size for the things we like to do. Have fun !

Re: Yeah! I've bought a Symbol ES
Hi Jane,
We traded ours in May. A 2004 model that gave us 9 years of great camping. It's not mine is it? If it is I can tell all the bits the dealer should have put right! The only bit I didn't like was the Erberspacher heater. The darn thing was rarely needed but seemed to need fixing regular. Make sure yours is working when you pick it up 'cos they can cost a quite a bit to get fixed. I wouldn't worry too much about the lack of AirCon. Just open the windows about an inch, including the side ones just behind driver and passenger, and turn the fan on and wear less clothes (your on holiday ). The insulation in the Symbol is great so it'll help keep you cool.
Enjoy!
Jon
