What's this knob for?
Hi my name is Dave with wife Liz and we have just purchased a two year old Warwick Duo with which we are delighted.
We live in East Cheshire and will be both retired by the end of August this year.
I've been systematically going through all the instructions, twiddling knobs and hoping I can remember half of what I was told about it's operation.
We are, sorry were, campers and had a trailer tent for years then latterly, now the kids have grown up, we've used a dome tent. This is pure luxury!!
I have all sorts of question in my head but I'll no doubt find the answer somewhere in this forum.
Looking forward to our first outing

Hi there,
Welcome from what has been a great day here in Skegness!
You came to the right place if you are looking into which knob does what. Personally, I'm retired but some of the others are still working!
Best regards,

Dave and Liz, welcome to the forum from sunny North Wales.
I to used to be an avid camper and toured with my motor bike. When on one very wet trip trying to boil a kettle in the pouring rain decided I was to old for wet camping, came home and sold the bike and bought a camper. Like you said "luxury"
Enjoy your van and the forum

Thanks for your welcome
We'd been looking for a motor home for several years and had more or less decided on a layout that we felt would suit us. We didn't want to buy new so had a figure in mind for a second hand one.
Our problem was we'd have to find somewhere to store. In January we went to the Caravan and Camping Show now housed at a new exhibition venue opposite the Trafford Shopping Centre, Manchester. Excellent venue where one can visit the exhibition then go shopping across the road, have a meal out and go see a film all in one day.
There we saw our first panel van conversion, a Devon Aztec, and thought this would be more US and we could park it in our driveway at home.
So we set about checking out panel van conversions and plumbed in the end for the Warwick Duo. One problem was obtaining a second hand model which we felt ticked all the boxes which we soon discovered was virtually impossible to do unless we bought new.
