2003 Pollensa 12v control panel

I am technically minded and "sussed" out my Autocruise Vista in about 2 minutes but this one has me confused.
Firstly the 2 switches marked LIGHTS are totally illogical in position and operation(upside down operation and in opposite corners of the panel.)
The manual is very poor but my question is,what are the 3 switches marked 1 to 3 for at the bottom of the panel?I can find no reference to them anywhere or on the internet.

Most of the 2003/4 panels fitted by A/S are:-

1- Blower for blown air fan on heater (Fan Master)
2- Cooker ignition
3- Toilet pump and Aerial booster

Give that a try.
