Re: ec325 charger
You can get the instructions for your ECU/Charger off Sargents Web Site. Our awning light switch is on the control panel (AUX)

Hi
A bit more background information would be useful but the EC325 instruction manual says:
“The reverse polarity light is designed to illuminate when the Live and Neutral supply has been reversed / crossed over. If the light illuminates there is a problem with the site supply or the cable connecting the supply to your vehicle. The light is designed to work on UK electrical supplies (where the neutral conductor is connected to earth at the sub station).”
You’ll find it in section 5.5 (page 12).
Assuming you are in the UK and using a proper hookup cable. I’d check the cable for anything obvious like the wires reversed. It’s important to find out where the wiring is reversed before changing anything. If there is nothing obviously wrong it’s worth popping down to the local DIY store and getting yourself a plug in mains checker to double check before reversing anything.

Re: ec325 charger
If the light comes on in the UK its 98% likely the earth connection is missing. Double check with an I dependant polarity tester. I found an intermittent fault in the earth conductor of a hook up cable as a result of investigating the light on my 325

Hi Pancho.
Now you have gotten your answers. Any chance of an introduction in the intro section. So we can get to know you a little better.
