vw t4 trident water leak stain removal
I have water stains around my hightop sliding window but no water coming in? I think the previous owner could have been pressure washing the van and them sliding windows wouldn't handle that.
So what product have you used on this trim to get it clean again?
Regards Gary...

One member was told this by Autosleepers:
"To remove the stains fill an atmosphere spray bottle with water, with a small drop of Fairy liquid spray on the panel, wipe with a cloth, then again with a dry cloth, keep repeating until all the staining has been removed."
Thought this might help anyone else with a similar issue.
Anyone tried it?

Hi,
We had water stains on our Trident around the high top roof window, which was weeping in through the seal which had parted at the join. I have now repaired this and to remove the staining we used a Vanish bar and a damp cloth, which has worked really well.

I had a similar problem with the Topaz high top. The stains were easily removed with the upholstery attachment on the Vax carpet shampooer.
The cause of the water ingress proved to be a leak in the side window frame of the high top. This I cured with a silicone frame sealant.

When I bought my Topaz, it had water stains on the headlining and I used “Cillit bang” mound removing spray, worked a treat !
