Replacement drivers door lock

Does anybody know anywhere in or near Bolton where I can get replacement door locks for my 1993 Talbot Express. It is now impossible to lock the Drivers door. I recollect that many years you used to be able to easily upgrade and replace the locks on your car but I have been unable to trace any local firms that appear to provide this service.

I bought a set of lock barrels for my old renault trafic off ebay a few years back, so I had 1 key to fit all the locks.
