Black side panels on the Duetto

Hi
Has anyone else had or is having issues with the black plastic side panels on the Duetto coming loose? The fixing tags on ours have broken and they are now starting to catch when the side sliding door is opened. We think it is due to the heating up and cooling down of the panels in different temperatures. Any one have any ideas on how to fix them without having to buy new ones.
Our Duetto is a 2005 model
