ITV on Avtex TV

Hi all, I have a Avtex L249DRS-PRO which worked fine on freesat. It now won't get any ITVhd/ITV of any kind on freesat,however all the others,BBC,C4,C5 etc,work on freesat.Avtex tell me to install the channel update list but when I try to it says "fail".
Anybody got any ideas as what I do next.Avtex have not replied to enquiry about what to do.

Although I have a different model Avtex TV I updated my Satellite Channel List OK last week.
Technically its not a a "Freesat" list but it does list the main channels in a logical order

I suggest you try another USB memory stick and carry out a full format (NOT quick format) using Fat32 File System
Make sure you are loading FROM USB. A mistake I made when first trying to update the satellite list
