Newbies Here
Hello to one and all. Thanks for letting us join! Myself and Husband have just become first time motorhome owners of a Peugeot Boxer Autosleeper Talisman 1.9td 2001. We live in South Gloucestershire and heading towards our retirement years. We have a Wirehaired Fox Terrier to keep us company on our new adventures! We are looking forward to getting out and about but as newbies we have already come across many head scratching moments as we try to navigate ourselves around the ownership of a motor home and how to operate everything on it! No doubt we will be asking a multitude of dumb or obvious questions so please bear with us while we get to know our new charge and study countless YouTube videos! Thanking you all in advance!

Welcome R-R.
You’re already on the way to sorting things out but don’t be afraid to ask questions on the forum. We all had to start somewhere.

Re: Newbies Here
Welcome, loads of Talisman and related info on here.
Good, basic, core vehicle in the basic Boxer, none of the greeny stuff that causes so many problems in new vehicles.
Hab should be fine. No Sargent stuff to cause all manner of issues either.
I may appear biased with my 2002 Boxer based Exec, but, my motto is minimalism and Simplicity!! Just back from its 3rd 2500 mile Europe trip this year, very few problems.

Hi and welcome from us two and muttly in the far corner of Lincolnshire. I was once told that a question not asked is a problem caused. Even after our years owning and traveling I still find something on the forum of help that I never thought of.
