Nuevo Remis Heiki Empty Nuevo Remis Heiki

Hi All,

My 2016 Nuevo center Heiki causes wind noise as its not fully pulled down by the retaining hooks at each side, when its in the closed position you can push it up slightly. This happens as the air flows over the top of the panel creates lift as you travel.

I did research this without looking at roof and ordered a new seal but this does not appear to be the issue as mine has an inner seal that goes all around should locate on the inner part of Heiki.

At first I thought there may be some adjustment by repositioning the handle to close it tighter but that does not seem to be the case.

If I put a piece of 15mm pipe lagging under the lip it stops it, is this what people are doing ?

Many Thanks

Are you winding it down enough? On mine once it reaches a seated losition, it needs another 2 or three winds to engage the hooking.
