Broadway 2011 water pump issue
Hi, have problem with fresh water pump on Broadway 2011 - taps worked one minute stopped the next, no sound of pump running, fuses ok. Having investigated underneath found 4 connections on water tank, - with turned taps on, none of wiring connections are live. I am assuming the pump is in the tank or do the 4 connections relate to something else ie. water level indicator ? - if so where do I find the pump ? Any help appreciated.

I think you've found the level sensors on the tank. Pump very likely in tank , 2011 is around the time when they started to put pumps in tank.

It may just be that the pressure switch has stuck. I don’t know where it is on your van but probably inside, close to the tank. A light tap may be all it needs for the moment.

If that will not work one click on the small white nurled knob clockwise on top of pressure device and repeat should clear problem

Thanks for response - problem now solved. Water pump located back of fire under wardobe floor - Sureflo pump very poorly fitted and live wire had simply fell off as it had never been connected securely in first instance.Removing drawer to gain access was the biggest problem.
Pump now working correctly. Many thanks.
