Zenec Head Unit in 2022 Nuevo

Our Zenec unit stopped working on the radio whilst we were driving. It was tuned in to radio 4 on FM and has become stuck on that program. The display shows the program we were listening to but there is no sound and it isn't possible to get this off the screen. The sat nav voice works and it is possible to get sound through the speakers via an i phone connected by blue tooth, and the reversing camera comes on when reverse gear is engaged.

This is the second unit we have had and we are still in warranty, the vehicle being 18 months old.  However I am wondering whether we ought to invest in a better quality unit. ?Any suggestions please.
