clubman wind out
Hi
can anyone please help my brother in law wants to fit a wind out awning to his camper it is a
1998 gl clubman,we have contacted Autosleeper and they have no drawings to show the reinforced areas and they say that they can no longer get the wedges as the company that made them has gone bust.also what length awning do you guys with a clubman have fitted on yours many thanks

The bodies were made by Cheltenham Laminates (still trading), perhaps they can help regarding the strengthened areas.

There are quite a lot of images and videos online, maybe these could be of help. I typed in Autosleepers Clubman into youtube and there are some videos where you can see the mounting points and their position. Hope this helps.

There’s three quite long strips wood bonded into the body for the awning mounts. We added an awning rail and use our old caravanstore awning from our last caravan. Seem to recall i hit wood with more of the screws than i missed. So I dont think its that hard to find them.
