Prostor canopy problem

I have a Prostor ( I believe they were taken over by Dometec ) 3m canopy on a 2012 Nuevo and in a recent high wind the screw on the swivel tension arm joint on the front became sheared off.  I have searched the web for spares or a repairer to no avail. Can anyone offer advice re this or how to remove the end cap and joint ?   Thank you.
