Recommendation for porch awning Empty Recommendation for porch awning

I have a 2017 Symbol on a Fiat Ducato.  I'm looking for some advice regarding a small air or pole porch awning that is high enough to fit the channel in the Thule canopy and clear the sliding door, can easily be put up by a single person and will just accommodate a small table and 2 chairs.  I don't need a drive away one but the ones I see on my travels are way too large and I doubt if I could manage them on my own.  Many thanks.

I investigated the same thing for my Symbol a few years ago but could find nothing that beat an open canopy I’ve had for years (will try and find a pic) which is easy to put up and clears the sliding door. Most awnings were far too large and a pain for one person.
You will probably be better off with a stand alone unit.

Probably not what you are after but this is what I use (mine was made by Wigo but looks very similar). I get loads of compliments about the simplicity of it and I’m frequently asked where I got it from.

Also an Air version.

Whatever you go for, and must say like David's one, it, for me has to be able to be packed away to near zero volume and not have to be moved to get to something else! scratch head

Couldn’t agree more Ian. The trainers are to give an idea of size.

And while I’m in the mood for taking photos, this umbrella/shade has been another compact best buy and used everywhere. Over 140cm diameter and great quality.

Thank you for all the replies.  I decided to go for a stand alone unit in the end and bought a Quest Leisure Screen House 4 Event Shelter which I have only used once but am very pleased with.  Bill.
