Has anyone had a problem with russell hobbs microwave cutting out in a 2019 Corinium. If so what did you do to fix it.
Thanks.

Re: Microwave stops
It's probably worth doing a forum search for "microwave", because it has come up a few times in previous threads. It seems to be a common problem, due to lack of ventilation around the unit.

Russell Hobbs, Daewoo, Dometic - they all cut out when installed without sufficient ventilation.

Re: Microwave stops
A couple of times ours has cut out immediately after turning it on. When we turned it off and on again, it was OK. Don't know what caused it. We haven't had any overheating problems but my wife only use the microwave briefly.

I guess all microwaves regardless of brand use same innards, badge engineering.Tinwheeler wrote:Russell Hobbs, Daewoo, Dometic - they all cut out when installed without sufficient ventilation.
Mine was a Daewoo, added extra vents but made no difference until such time as it stopped altogether, replaced with cheapest Asda one which was shorter top to bottom so created a gap of an inch , works perfectly.

Re: Microwave stops
I would get it checked out for a safety check, we had a problem with a Daewoo microwave on a new Broadway, had it looked at by the dealer who discovered it was on the point of catching fire. It was replaced immediately
Just get it looked at for peace if mind.
