No internal power - Autosleeper Fairford
Collected AUtosleeper from compound this morning and it had a flat battery – rookie error!
However, on getting it home, we noticed it had no internal (habitation) power. The EC480 panel is not on and won’t switch on. Tried connecting to Mains but still no power inside van – absolutely dead - no li.. Checked box under seat and all switches seem to be in right position.
Any suggestions re. what has happened and what we should do about it?
Thank you,
John

When something similar happened to us, a friendly Symbol owner suggested pushing in the shutdown button on the ECU 500, which worked for us. Assuming you have one it's the small black button on the top left of the board.

If it was started while the leisure battery was flat, you can be near enough 100% certain that one of the fuses will blow (because the split charge relay connects the running alternator and engine battery to a flat leisure battery).
It's not always easy to predict which one, but given the symptoms I would first check the one in the positive 12V cable, adjacent to the leisure battery. If it's OK, check all of the other 12V fuses. Don't rule out the possibility that more than one fuse will have blown.

I would check the fuses in the EM40 (Square black panel with perspex top) and the main fuse by the leisure battery.
