Sargent EM50 Intelligent Interface Adapter

Hi,

Long time since I've posted but would really appreciate some advice. We are having several issues with our AUTO SLEEPER NUEVO ES 2015 that I suspect are related to the Sargent EM50 Type C Intelligent Interface Adapter. The issues are:
 
a)      Fridge not working on 12v vehicle supply
b)      Reversing mirror not working at all
c)       Auto retract step motor not working
d)      LPG meter not working
 
All the fuses in the EM50 are OK, the red LED is illuminated and the step alarm sounds when the switch at the entrance door is depressed.

Are these issues all related to the EM50 ?

Use search box (top right), enter em40 and em50 separately and some previous posts that come up may help.,  I believe the plug contacts on the back can overheat and burn.
