Ok - fees up. You were very close to a relay and within line of sight to a main transmitter. T
hats the only way that I can believe you have so many channels. And an Omni can pull in both because it deals with horizontal and vertical polarization without adjustment.

That's the highest I've ever had, normally around 120. Actually last week we were on two sites (a THS at Kirkby Lonsdale and independent site Hexham Racecourse) where we got absolutely nothing but on checking neighbours with directional aerials they also had nothing at all.

Hi Paul,
Mark exactly where your wheels are so you can get the same spot when you come back after a day out.

I quite often get over 100 channels recorded, but in reality there's never that many.
We were plugged in on a site this week and were disappointed to have relatively few and no BBC whatsoever.
Given that I can't abide ITV etc. the set stayed off and we enjoyed some wonderful puzzles.
